Return & Refund Policy

At Green Pexur, your satisfaction matters to us. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Conditions for Returns

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

• Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.

• Green Pexur will provide a Free downloadable return shipping label on all returns. 

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll cover return shipping and send a replacement or issue a full refund.

How to Start a Return

1. Email us at Greenpexur@proton.me with your order number and reason for return.

2. We’ll provide you with return instructions and the return shipping address.

3. Ship the item back to us within the 14-day window.
